On April 15th, 2009 the foundation laying ceremony held for Kaloon Company workshops &affiliated housing project . The new factory is located in No.21 Middle Jingsheng  Street, Jinqiao Technology Industrial Base of Tongzhou Park in Zhongguancun Technology Park, Tongzhou District of Beijing. The new plant is expected to be completed in late 2009. Many leaders of Tongzhou Park of Zhongguancun Technology Park attended the ceremony.

Jinqiao Technology Industrial Base is in Majuqiao town of Tongzhou district, which is located in the junction of Beijing six-ring and Jingjintang expressway, the total area is 15 square kilometers. Jinqiao Technology Industrial Base has been brought into the newtown planning scope currently and is the priority development area of Beijing "east development area". The distance from Jinqiao Technology Industrial Base to the capital international airport is 30 kilometers, to the Beijing railway station is 22 kilometers. The surrounding highways are Jingshen, Jingkai, Jingha and so on, and it’s only 120 kilometers from Tianjin port. About 1 kilometer away from our new factory is Tongzhou logistics base one of the three biggest logistics bases of Beijing, so it’s convenient to communicate with outside world. Beijing Kaloon analytical instruments Co., Ltd invested in high-tech industrial bases according to the development needs to bring the company into a more important stage.

Beijing Kaloon Company’s workshop area is about 20 square kilometers. The  investment of phase 1 is 50 million RMB, in order to build standardized workshops and offices to meet all sorts of enterprise production and office demand. The new plant  guarantees the quality and quantity of products in future, and ensures the rationalization of processing flow.
