On-line components analysis systems of MTO device for ShenHua Company run well
On the morning of August 8th, the MTO (methanol to olefin) device, which is the core section of coal to olefin demonstration project of ShenHua BaoTou, put into operation firstly and was successful. So far, the whole process of coal to olefin is completed. Then the whole set of system becomes the first industrial production device of the world to manufacture polyolefin products using coal as raw material. The on-line components analysis systems of MTO equipment were provided by Beijing Kaloon Company, which Included sample pretreatment system and ABB gas chromatograph analytical system. The on-line components analysis systems have been running stably and reliably, which meet the design and use requirements, and won the user’s affirmation as well as prize from the related sectors of the industry.
