KFH-2 Series Analysis Systems of Blast Furnace Gas
Measuring the BFG(blast furnace gas) composition is very important for blast furnace energy conversion, cooling system, and the furnace roof feeding condition and the whole state of furnace. So this type of analysis equipment plays a significant role for modern blast furnace.
Analysis System Characteristics：
According to the wet, hot, and high dust contained gas of blast furnace roof, the sampling probe with high efficient double filter is used. Regular back flush with nitrogen ensures the long-term reliability of probe. The sample gases go through the pretreatment system to reach the analyzer and then be analyzed. This type of system is modularized with long maintenance cycle , low cost and easy operation after lots of improvements

Composition analysis for furnace roof coal gases after gravitational dust collection, coal gases after spray dust elimination and mixed coal gases.
This type of system can be installed in the explosion hazardous zone( flammable gas).
